Who publishes this site and who runs the boat?
Two entities are involved. Know which does what before you send a deposit.

Are the prices and schedules on this site guaranteed?
No. Every figure was copied from Komodo Luxury’s Malca page, read on 15 September 2026. According to that page, rates were last checked on 11 September 2026. Operators revise prices when fuel costs move, when routes shift, or when government regulation changes. Treat the numbers below as reference points, not a quote.

- These rates apply to Malca Voyages only. They say nothing about other boats in the Komodo Luxury fleet.
- Older IDR listings on third-party sites are out of date. This site does not publish or convert them.
- Shared-trip calendars (Friday–Sunday and Monday–Wednesday) can be revised or sell out. A date shown here is not a held seat.
Can the itinerary change once the trip starts?
Yes. Komodo Luxury states that destinations may change because of weather, field conditions or force majeure, and that guests follow the guide’s decisions on the day.
The published 3D2N plan lists clock times, such as a 06:00 Padar trek or a 14:30 Manta Point snorkel. Those are targets. Weather, sea state, field conditions and safety calls can move or remove a stop. For 2D1N and 4D3N trips, Komodo Luxury does not publish a day-by-day plan; any route described on this site is indicative and is set with the reservations team.
What does the price leave out?
The table below reflects Komodo Luxury’s stated inclusions and exclusions as of September 2026.

This site deliberately does not quote park fee amounts. The Indonesian government sets them, and they can change between the day you book and the day you sail.
Will guests definitely see manta rays or Komodo dragons?
Nobody can promise that. Mantas, dragons, the bats at Kalong Island and reef life are wild animals, and whether they show up depends on season, tide and their own behaviour. A missed sighting is not grounds for a refund.
The same applies to sunsets, underwater visibility, snorkelling conditions and the look of your footage. Treks on Padar and Komodo Island and time in the water carry physical risk. Follow the instructions of the crew, guide and park staff, tell the reservations team about any medical condition before you book, and buy travel insurance that covers marine activities.
Are the photos real pictures of Malca Voyages?
The images on this site are vessel photos supplied by Komodo Luxury. Furnishings can be updated between shoots, so a cabin may look slightly different on your trip. For layout and capacity, rely on the cabin table on Komodo Luxury’s page: seven air-conditioned cabins with private bathrooms, 21 guests in total.
Komodo Luxury records its trips and may use that footage in its marketing. Raise any concern with the reservations team before you pay a deposit.
Which booking and cancellation terms apply?
Komodo Luxury’s own terms apply. As published in September 2026:
- A 50% deposit secures the booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure. Bookings made inside 30 days are paid in full.
- Bookings made a year ahead: 30% deposit, a further 20% at 120 days before departure, and the balance at 30 days.
- Deposits are non-refundable. A cancellation forfeits payment, but you may nominate a replacement guest.
- Force majeure may change or cancel a trip without refund.
- Children aged 3 and over pay the full rate.
- Bank charges are paid by the sender. Guests are liable for lost or damaged equipment.
To the extent Indonesian law allows, Juara Holding Group is not liable for losses that come from relying on this site instead of Komodo Luxury’s written confirmation.
How is personal data handled under Indonesian law and the GDPR?
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, known as UU PDP) governs how your information is collected and used. If you message Komodo Luxury on WhatsApp or by email, you share details such as your name, phone number, travel dates and guest count. Komodo Luxury’s reservations team uses those details to answer your enquiry and manage your booking.
Under UU PDP you can ask to see, correct or update your data, withdraw consent, and ask for processing to stop or for data to be deleted. Some records, such as payment records, may have to be kept to meet legal obligations. The hosting infrastructure behind this site may log technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.
If you are in the European Union or the EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you similar rights. Booking data is handled by an operator based in Indonesia, so it is processed outside the EU. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy terms. Never send card numbers or passwords by chat or email.
Is anything here legal, medical or visa advice?
No. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, insurance, medical or immigration advice. Komodo Luxury lists direct flights to Labuan Bajo (LBJ) from Bali (DPS), Jakarta (CGK) and Surabaya (SUB), but airlines set their own schedules and fares. Check visa and entry rules with official Indonesian sources. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites. This disclaimer is interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
