The Malca Voyages terms and conditions have two parts. These website terms cover your use of malcavoyages.com, which is an information site. When you book a charter, your contract is with Komodo Luxury, the company that owns and runs the boat in Labuan Bajo. If anything here differs from Komodo Luxury’s invoice or its published trip terms, the invoice and those terms win.

Who publishes this website, and who runs the boat?
Juara Holding Group publishes malcavoyages.com as a site about one boat: Malca Voyages, a 30-metre VIP phinisi that sails from Labuan Bajo. Komodo Luxury owns and operates the boat. It is part of Juara Holding Group, and it uses its own crew and does its own maintenance. Komodo Luxury was founded in 2015. It is headquartered in Denpasar, Bali, and its operations base is in Labuan Bajo, as listed on Komodo Luxury (checked 2026-09-16). Komodo Luxury’s reservations team handles all bookings directly.

What can you rely on from the information on this site?
The specifications, cabin layouts, itineraries and rates on this site come from Komodo Luxury’s official Malca page. Komodo Luxury says it last checked its rates on 11 September 2026. All figures are indicative, correct as of September 2026, and may change.
For example, shared 3D2N cabin rates are quoted on request for the specific cabin, departure date and number of guests. A private 3D2N charter of the whole boat was listed at USD 6,000 for 1-12 guests. Use that figure as a rough guide only. The only price that binds is the quote and invoice Komodo Luxury confirms to you.
Itineraries are sample routes. Komodo Luxury says stops may change because of weather, conditions on the water or force majeure, and guests follow the guide’s instructions on the day. There is no fixed day-by-day plan for 2D1N and 4D3N trips; you agree the route with the reservations desk.
This site does not give legal, tax, medical, immigration or financial advice. Komodo National Park fees are set by government regulation at the time of your trip and are not part of the charter price.
How does a booking actually happen?
You can’t buy or pay for anything on malcavoyages.com. The site has no checkout, card form or account login. To book:
- Send your preferred date, cabin or charter type, and number of guests by WhatsApp to +62 811 3823 875 or by email to sales@komodoluxury.com.
- Komodo Luxury says it replies within 24 hours with availability and a quote.
- Your booking is secured once Komodo Luxury sends its invoice and receives your deposit.
Only pay invoices that come from those two contacts. If any other number or email address asks you for payment, don’t pay. Check with sales@komodoluxury.com first.
What are Komodo Luxury’s trip terms for Malca Voyages?

What does the charter price include and exclude?
Komodo Luxury says the price includes:
- Your stay on board, meals, mineral water, coffee and tea
- A guide, snorkel gear and life vests
- Unedited drone, GoPro and mirrorless camera footage of your trip
- Pick-up and drop-off at a hotel or the airport on the Labuan Bajo mainland near the harbour, between 08:00 and 09:00 for Malca (not from other islands or Manjaga)
The price does not include:
- Komodo National Park fees, charged under whatever regulation applies when you travel
- The optional park drone permit, which you must request 7 days before departure
- Crew tips, flights and personal expenses
- Alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and personal snacks
How is your personal data handled?
When you contact the desk, you share details such as your name, phone number, email, travel dates and group size. These details are used to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange and manage your charter with Komodo Luxury. Your data is not sold.
For visitors in Indonesia, your data is handled under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). That law gives you rights to see your data, correct it if it’s wrong, have it deleted and withdraw your consent. Visitors from other countries, including the EU and UK, can make the same kinds of requests they would under the GDPR, and these will be honoured: access, correction, deletion, and objecting to use of their data for promotion.
To make a request, email sales@komodoluxury.com with the subject line “Data request”. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
About trip footage: Komodo Luxury films trips and may use the footage in its marketing. If you have concerns about being filmed, put them in writing before you pay your deposit so the desk can note what was agreed on your booking.
What are the limits of liability for this website?
The site is provided “as is”. As far as Indonesian law allows, Juara Holding Group is not liable for losses caused by:
- relying on this website instead of a quote confirmed by Komodo Luxury
- the site being temporarily unavailable
- third-party websites linked from here, such as airline pages
Komodo Luxury says Labuan Bajo (LBJ) has direct flights from Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya, but the airlines are responsible for their own schedules and fares.
Komodo Luxury is responsible for running the charter itself, under its own terms. Nothing on this page limits your rights under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, or any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers boat trips, snorkelling and trekking.
Who owns the photos and text?
The gallery photos are Komodo Luxury’s own pictures of Malca Voyages. The publisher owns the site’s text and layout. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages if you credit the source. Using images or text commercially needs written permission, which you can ask for at sales@komodoluxury.com.
Which law applies, and how do these terms change?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there is a dispute, both sides agree to try first to settle it in good faith using the contacts below. If that fails, the relevant Indonesian courts will decide. These terms may be updated at any time, and the “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
