- Same vessel, same cabins, same inclusions as the shared trip. What you buy is control over the date, the company and the route.
- Children aged three and over pay the full rate, so they count toward your guest band.
- Older rupiah listings on third-party sites are obsolete. The card is published in US dollars only.

Only the 3D2N has a published day plan. Other lengths are agreed with the reservations desk, and Komodo Luxury notes that a late arrival shortens the trip rather than extending it.

13 to 18 guests
The larger package. Crossing from twelve to thirteen guests moves the whole booking up a tier.
19 to 21 guests
The 13–18 package plus a set charge for each guest above eighteen. Quoted on request, never published as a total.
The cabin list adds up to nineteen berths while the specification states twenty-one guests. Groups of twenty or twenty-one should ask how the last places are allocated before paying.

Fix length and head count
Find your band in the grid above. Children aged three and over count.

Send two or three dates
WhatsApp or email, with "private charter", guest count and trip type. Komodo Luxury replies within 24 hours.

Pay the deposit
Half secures the charter. Booking a year ahead, pay 30% now and 20% at 120 days.

Board in Labuan Bajo
Pick-up runs 08:00 to 09:00 on day one. Fly in the day before.
The deposit is non-refundable and cancelling forfeits what you have paid, though a replacement guest can be nominated. Force majeure can change or cancel a trip without a refund.
