A shared 3D2N cabin puts you on a fixed departure with other guests, priced per person by cabin. A private charter books the whole boat on your own date, priced per package by length and guest band. For four or fewer travellers a cabin is almost always lighter.

Travel dates, shared or private, duration, guest count with children's ages, the cabin name if you are booking shared, trip type — Leisure, Diving or Combine — and your pick-up point in Labuan Bajo.

Send your payment receipt to the desk on WhatsApp. That is the confirmation step. Keep a copy until the team acknowledges it.

More than 30 days ahead: a 50% deposit at booking and the balance 30 days before departure. Inside 30 days: payment in full. About a year ahead: 30% at booking, a further 20% at 120 days, and the balance at 30 days.

The sender. Add your own bank's transfer fee on top of the invoice amount so the full sum lands.

Yes. Rates are subject to change, and the figure that applies is the one on the invoice Komodo Luxury issues for your dates. Every price on this site carries the date it was read.

From age three, at the full rate, and they count toward your guest band. No rate is published for under-threes, so ask the desk before paying if an infant is travelling.

Komodo National Park fees, the optional drone permit, crew gratuities, flights, alcoholic and soft drinks, personal snacks, and any hotel nights before or after the trip.

The deposit is non-refundable. A cancellation 30 days or less before departure forfeits 100% of the total. You may, however, nominate a replacement guest to take your place.

Nothing in the published terms allows a transfer to another date. What they do allow is a replacement person on the same trip. Ask the desk directly, and get any exception in writing.

Pick-up runs 08:00 to 09:00 and a late arrival shortens the itinerary; the duration cannot be extended to make up lost time. Flying into Labuan Bajo the afternoon before removes the risk.

The force majeure clause allows a trip to be changed or cancelled with no refund for weather, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government rules or flight cancellations. Insurance that covers disruption is worth pricing before you pay a deposit.

Every guest follows the guide's instructions. Illegal drugs, or behaviour that disturbs other guests, lead to removal from the trip with no refund.

Yes. Komodo Luxury records trips and may use the footage in its promotion, and everyone aboard agrees to that. The raw drone, GoPro and mirrorless footage from your trip is also included in the fare.

The booking form lists Diving and Combine as trip types, but the published inclusions cover snorkelling gear only — no tanks, weights or divemaster. Ask the desk what a diving trip on this boat actually includes before you book one.

Guests pay full replacement value for lost or damaged life jackets, snorkels and masks.

Direct flights reach Labuan Bajo (LBJ) from Bali (Garuda, AirAsia, Batik Air), Jakarta (Garuda, AirAsia, Citilink, Batik Air) and Surabaya (Batik Air, Super Air Jet). Timetables shift by season, so confirm with the airline.

Pick-up is a window, not a time. The boat collects guests from hotels and the airport between 08:00 and 09:00 and sails once everyone is aboard, so the first stop is timed from the end of that window.

Sunblock, sunglasses and a hat; swimsuit, hiking sandals and a dry bag; a power bank and a Telkomsel SIM; personal medicine, toiletries and wet wipes. A soft bag stows better in a cabin than a hard case.

The weekend sailing that leaves on 31 December 2027 and ends on 2 January 2028. The 2027 calendar runs the same twice-weekly pattern all year: 53 weekend and 52 weekday departures.
