By the time you have
A 2D1N fits a long weekend. A 3D2N is what most groups pick. Beyond four days you are choosing slowness, not more sights.
Voyage lengths
Six published lengths on one boat. Only one of them has a day plan you can read in advance; the rest are shaped with the reservations desk.
Malca Voyages publishes six private charter lengths, from a 2D1N at USD 5,300 to a 7D6N at USD 18,000 for the whole vessel. The shared open trip runs at one length only: 3D2N.
Rates read from the Komodo Luxury listing on 15 September 2026. The 2026 and 2027 tabs carried identical numbers.

Each guest above eighteen adds a set charge, from USD 250 on a 2D1N to USD 900 on a 7D6N. Totals for nineteen to twenty-one guests are quoted on request.
Choosing
Most groups land on one of these three reasons.
A 2D1N fits a long weekend. A 3D2N is what most groups pick. Beyond four days you are choosing slowness, not more sights.
Packages are not priced by the night. The 2D1N carries a premium, so the step up to 3D2N costs less than a night-by-night split suggests.
Padar, Pink Beach, the dragons and Manta Point all fit inside three days. A fourth buys time at each, not new islands.
Whichever length
Length changes the itinerary and the invoice. It does not change the vessel.
Ironwood and teak, cruising at 15 to 16 knots.
Each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.
Open to the ocean on the upper deck.
Shaded seating, in the sea breeze.
Per head
Plain division at the top of each band, rounded to the dollar. The invoice is still one package total.
| Length | At 12 guests | At 18 guests |

Our arithmetic from the published grid, not a Komodo Luxury per-person quote. Park fees sit on top of every figure. A group of thirteen can pay more per head than a group of twelve, because the thirteenth guest moves the whole booking up a band.
Narrowing it down
You can settle this before you message anyone.
Arrive the day before and leave the afternoon after. A 3D2N needs four nights in Flores, not two.
Twelve is the top of the first band and the lightest per head. Thirteen moves you up a tier.
Send the two lengths you are between. Komodo Luxury replies within 24 hours.
Before you message
Send the two you are choosing between, with your dates and party size. The desk prices both.
