- Pay the deposit. 50% secures the date. For bookings a year ahead, the terms are 30% on booking and a further 20% 120 days before departure.
- Settle the balance. Pay the rest no later than 30 days before the trip. If you book inside 30 days, you pay in full.
- Fly in and board. Komodo Luxury notes direct flights into Labuan Bajo (LBJ) from Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya. Pick-up runs 08:00–09:00 from your mainland hotel or the airport.
